Pulse~LINK FOUNDERS JOHN SANTHOFF, BRUCE WATKINS AND WADDAH AL MOUSA NAMED ERNST & YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR® FINALISTS IN SAN DIEGO

Carlsbad, CA - May 16, 2005 - Pulse~LINK, Inc., a leading developer of Ultra Wideband (UWB) communications, announced today that its three founding partners, Chief Technology Officer, John Santhoff; President and Chief Operating Officer, Bruce Watkins; and Chairman, Waddah Al-Mousa, have been named finalists in the technology category for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® Awards 2005 in San Diego. Mr. Santhoff, Mr. Watkins and Mr. Al-Mousa were selected from nearly 100 nominations by a panel of independent judges consisting of area leaders from business, academic and civic organizations. Winners will be announced at an awards banquet on June 14, 2005 at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines.

The Entrepreneur Of The Year award was created by Ernst & Young to recognize outstanding individuals on a regional, national and ultimately global level. Awards are given to entrepreneurs who have demonstrated excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.
